Refund policy — courses are non-refundable once purchased. Membership fees are non-fundable.
Delivery policy — all courses and content are delivered digitally upon purchase. For live courses, content is uploaded within 24 hours of live meetings. For membership content, quarterly updates are uploaded and emailed within two weeks of the change of each quarter.
Cancellation policy — membership may be cancelled at any time by email to [email protected]. Back-dated, pro-rated refunds will not be provided for the current month.
